History
- The Company began franchising Master locations in 1995.The key difference between investing in a “fad” franchise and investing in a JAN-PRO franchise is, the commercial cleaning you manage will never go out of style. As long as there are businesses, there will always be the need to maintain them. This is why we often refer to our industry as being “recession resistant.” Regardless of other economic pressures and consumer preferences, our industry, and JAN-PRO in particular, has thrived over the past decade.
- If you’ve been considering investing in a franchise, chances are you have probably asked yourself this question. It is a reasonable question because in certain categories of franchising, the problem is the ever-changing nature of consumer buying habits. What is a fad this year may not be next year. As the competition heats up and new consumer options open up, trends and fads can be damaging to your business investment over time.
Jan-Pro Master Franchise Opportunity
As a Regional, Master franchisee, one of the main responsibilities is to develop your region by selling and supporting Unit Franchises within their exclusive territory during normal business hours. The Master Franchise office then provides guaranteed customers, accounting, training, field support and marketing assistance. The Unit Franchisees provide the cleaning services to the customers.
